TS Crack Propagation Gages
The crack propagation gages is designed for measuring the length and rate of crack propagation in structural fatigue tests and fracture mechanics of complex components, while other methods cannot detect. Make the grid parallel to the direction of the main stress when using, when the component crack created by external force, the grid breaks, the total resistance of the crack propagation gage changes accordingly, so that the length of the crack and the expansion speed can be calculated. Crack opening displacement: ≤ 0.02mm, Fracture lag (lead): ≤ 0.5mm, Working temperature: -30 ℃ ~ +60 ℃ .
